Michael Lauzon is the Owner and Managing Partner of The Retail Network. Michael began his career in retail management before starting his recruiting career at Pro Staff, and The Retail Network. Over the past fifteen years, he has specialized in full life cycle recruiting and workforce planning for major retail and restaurant organizations including Primark, Staples and Panera Bread. When not sourcing great candidates, Michael enjoys traveling around food and architecture, pub trivia, reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Gary Belastock is the founder and Chairman of The Retail Network. Gary graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Vermont. Gary established himself as a leading Executive Search Consultant specializing in the retail industry. When not finding great talent, Gary enjoys skiing, tennis, golfing, hiking, traveling, spending time with family and seeking mediocrity in learning the guitar!
